Ordering Process
Once you've chosen a keepsake you love, simply add it to your basket.

From there, you can customise your selection by choosing the stone colour and ring size (if applicable). After adding it to your basket, you'll be prompted to answer a few additional questions to help me personalise your keepsake. These include your loved one's name, your relationship to them, and an opportunity to make special requests or ask any questions.

Payment

You can pay for your items using a variety of payment methods, including—but not limited to—Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

For bespoke pieces, such as keepsakes crafted from glass, separate invoices will be sent via email. If you haven’t already discussed this, please get in touch to arrange the details.

After Ordering

Once your order is placed, I will receive an email notification. At this stage, I will promptly order any necessary materials to begin crafting your keepsake. If we haven’t already been in touch, I will reach out to you to discuss the best way to send your inclusions to me, as well as provide the correct address for sending them. - My address CAN be found at the bottom of your invoice, You can find postal instructions here

Ring Sizing

We know that online shopping can be tricky, especially when it comes to finding the perfect fit for your ring. At Forget-Me-Not Keepsakes, we’re committed to making this process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we now offer a free ring sizer sent directly to you so you can take measurements youself at home. We will put your order on hold until accurate measurements are taken; Unless ringsize is known when ordering select ring size ‘Other'/Unknown’

Storing your loved ones remains and any other sentimental inclusions

Rest be assured that in my workshop ALL inclusions are secured safetly and securely. Each order is allocated their own numbered (50x40x20cm) locker which is numbered and kept locked at all times.

Creation Process

When it’s time to create your keepsake, your inclusions will be carefully retrieved from storage along with any necessary materials, including any pre-made jewellery itself. This process typically takes 24–72 hours, allowing time for the high-grade resin to cure properly.

If your keepsake is crafted from glass, the process takes considerably longer. Shaping and moulding the glass requires extra time and precision, often extending the creation period to about a week.

Once crafted, your keepsake will undergo a thorough quality inspection, where I carefully check for any superficial imperfections. Please note: As with all handmade items, both resin and glass keepsakes may naturally develop small air bubbles within the stone.
